Update WIP: High Elves & other stuff

It has been almost 2 months since I posted something about High Elves. Though I should include some pictures about my current progress on it, I was told not to show it until the army is done as a whole.

At the start of this week I've accepted my very first commission assignment to paint High Elves. Currently I'm really excited, due to:

1. I've never painted elves before.

2. It's like 10 years since I've painted my last WFB miniature.

This should be quite a challenge, so I'm looking forward to it.

Today I'll be starting painting a new model, the Dark Angels Chaplain from the Dark Vengeance starterbox.
Though I still have lots of Tau left to do, I though it would to have something else for a change.

Before working on Tau I managed to have some time off working on my allied Daemon force. Though I'm still hesitant fielding specific units I still went ahead and bought whatever to my liking.

My apologies for not updating this blog for a while. Having tons of things to do IRL and also the fact being lazy as hell, it´s time to put an update of things I´m working on atm.

Back in action!

Hello everyone. It has been a while since I posted something on this blog. Due to winter I've putten a hold on my paintings and the lot of it. Yes, it's winter and I tend to slack way more than usual. Though I took a break from it, the weather didn't stop me from playing 40k. During this time I've learned more about CSM and due to this experience I'll be able to tell what my army needs for it's future expansions. This will also make it easier for me to set up my budget for my purchases.

As winter's almost at it's end and the temperature becoming more pleasant, I intend to go back and go full out on my hobby. Also , as most of you already know, Daemons are on the horizon and being released on 2nd of March. (Dark) Gods bless us all! I guess the Daemons of the burning hells took along some of their heat into this world. I will definetly get some of these models to bolster my Death Guard force.
